1. Eligibility for Refunds:
Eligible items can be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. However, please note that certain items are considered final sales and are not eligible for refunds.
2. Final Sale Items:
Final sale items include personalized pieces cut to order, sale or clearance items displaying 'compare at' prices on the sale page, and items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase. This also includes items purchased with discounts and offers. Such items cannot be refunded.
3. Unapproved Product Returns:
Returns of unapproved products, including used items, will be rejected and shipped back to the customer when possible.Toral Jewels is not responsible for unauthorized returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
4. Return Processing Time:
After the return is received, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of your return for the store credit to be processed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
5. Confirmation Email:
Once the return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the refund, credit issued, or information about the new order placed.
