RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Toral Jewels, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Returns & Exchange Policy to make your shopping experience seamless.

1. Final Sale on Discounted Items:

Purchases made on sale days are considered final and cannot be exchanged. We appreciate your understanding.

2. Exchange Process:

For exchanges, including sizing issues, the customer bears the responsibility for all shipping costs associated with the return. Original and additional shipping costs are non-refundable. In cases where the returned item doesn't meet our return guidelines, Toral Jewels reserves the right to deny the return and re-ship the item to the customer. Ring sizes can only be exchanged up to +1/-1. Repair charges, excluding shipping, amount to Rs. 500.

3. Return Guidelines:

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

• Unworn
• Without any signs of wear or damage
• In its original condition with attached tags (if any)
• In the original packaging (including box and pouch)

4. Initiating an Exchange:

Email us at support@toraljewels.com to initiate your exchange. Include the following details:

• Order number or the original purchaser's full name and email address
• Shipping address for the jewelry
• Email address associated with your Toral Jewels account

Note: Original shipping fees, duties, and/or taxes are non-refundable.

5. Jewelry Repairs:

While our jewelry is delicate, we understand accidents happen. Toral Jewels is pleased to offer repair services starting at Rs. 500. For online orders, provide photos of the issue to determine the best course of action. If damage occurs from our end or during transit and is reported with supporting imagery within 24 hours of receiving the product, we'll repair it at no additional cost. Discontinued designs purchased over six months ago may not be repairable.

6. Replating Service:

We provide a lifetime replating service for all sterling silver plated items purchased through our website or stores. To initiate the replating process, email us at support@toraljewels.com. We'll provide shipping instructions, and customers are responsible for shipping the item to us. Toral Jewels covers the cost of shipping the item back.

Please note that the replating service is exclusive to sterling silver plated items and subject to Toral Jewels discretion.
